How do I change my email address on the PCH Websites?

To change your email address on our websites, please click here.

Once you do, please follow the steps that you are prompted with on the page.

Please Note: After entering your new email address, you will be asked to check your new email address for an email to confirm your change of email request. You must complete this step within 24-hours for your change of email request to go through.

Once you change your email, you can expect the following:

1)      Your Token History, Status, sweepstakes entries, etc. will now be associated with your new account.
2)      You will retain the same password with your new email address as you had with your old email address.
3)      All entries, tokens, etc. from your old email address are still valid.


Once you successfully change your email address by following all of the steps, you will receive a confirmation email to your new email address confirming that the change has occurred and stating that the old email address associated with your account has been deactivated.

Important: For all changes to take effect, please allow up to 48-hours.  

If PCH is open on multiple browsers, you may have to log out with all of them for your email change to reflect.

For the various PCH Apps, please log out of all of them and log back in order for your new email to reflect.
