How do I send my screenshot to Customer Service?
To send a screenshot to Customer Service, all you have to do is "attach" it to your ticket submission. Please refer to the below instructions on how to do so:
Sending an attachment via the "Submit a Ticket" form:
When filling out the requested information in our "Submit a Ticket" form, you will see a button at the bottom of the form that says "browse" (pictured below). All you have to do is click this button, go to where you saved the picture on your computer (we recommend saving it to your desktop for easy access), click on the picture you wish to send, and then click on "Open".
