How do I set my Microsoft Edge browser Security Settings to view PCH websites?

Edge Browser Security Settings

Newer versions of Microsoft's Edge browser have a security setting, that if activated and set to "Strict", will cause issues with the display of PCH websites.

This can be fixed if you change this to the "Balanced" option.
