I heard that PCH has filed for restructuring Chapter 11. What does this mean?

PCH has filed for Chapter 11 that allows companies to strengthen their finances for a stronger future. PCH is not going out of business!  

Chapter 11 is a legal tool used by many companies to strengthen their operations. You will be familiar with other companies who have used this process such as General Motors, Macy’s, J Crew, Hertz and Marvel Entertainment.
