I'm having a technical problem with a PCH website, game, contest, quiz or email. How do I fix it?

For us to troubleshoot the issue, we ask that you please complete the steps below as this will allow us to narrow down the cause of the issue you are experiencing.

If you're using a computer:
  1. We ask that you first try clearing cookies and cache in your browser. This will often fix most issues on its own.
  2. Third party plug-ins and ad blockers may cause conflicts with our site or other plug-ins. Disabling them may resolve the issue.
  3. If these steps do not correct the problem, we ask that you try updating your browser or using another web browser to see if the problem persists. If you're using a mobile device such as a cell phone or tablet:
  1. Clear your cookies and cache. 
  2. Restart your device by turning it all the way off and back on again. 
  3. If it is still not working, install another free web browser such as Firefox or Google Chrome from the app store for your device and try using it instead of the default browser.
