How can I make a payment for my orders?

A few months ago, PCH decided to discontinue our direct mail promotions and our merchandise sales. As that portion of our business has drawn to a close, we are no longer accepting payments Online or by telephone using our automated phone service or with Customer Service. 

We ask that you mail your payment by check or money order payable to:

Be sure to detach and include the remittance slip from the bill you received with your payment. If you do not have the remittance slip, please include a note with your full name and address along with your Customer ID/Account Number with your payment.

Your Customer ID/Account Number would be on the bill you received.

You can still enter our PCH Sweepstakes Online at any time at PCH.com or by downloading our PCH APPs for more ways to PLAY TO WIN. And of course, our famous PCH Prize Patrol will continue to be on the road surprising winners from coast to coast. All prior and current timely sweepstakes entries submitted remain fully valid for a chance to win!
