There is no 'Submit' or 'Continue' button at the bottom of my PCH entry page. What should I do?

Depending on internet connection speeds, some customers may experience longer than normal load times of our promotions.

Since the submit button doesn't appear until the page is fully loaded, please wait for the page to finish loading before successfully submitting your entry.
