Unless otherwise indicated in the Official Rules, our Giveaways are open to residents of the U.S. and  Puerto Rico. Employees of Publishers Clearing House, its affiliates and its contest processors, their immediate families and Giveaway Supervisors are not eligible.

At this time, only residents of the U.S. and Puerto Rico may enter online games & online only sweepstakes.
