How Do I Clear My Cookies & Cache?

To clear cookies and cache in Edge 120+:
  • To clear cookies and cache in Edge:
  • Open Edge
  • Go To Settings > Privacy > Clear Browsing Data
    • OR
    • Ctrl+Shift+Del
    • OR
    • Type: edge://settings/clearbrowserdata in the address bar
  • In Time Range drop down select "All Time"
  • Check off:
    • Browsing History
    • Download History
    • Cookies and other site data
    • Cached images and files
  • Click on Clear now
  • Your computer will work for a moment, and then the process will be complete.
  • Close and re-open your browser. You've successfully cleared Edge's cookies and cache!

To clear cookies and cache in Firefox 120+
:
  • Open Firefox
  • Click on the Menu Button
  • Select Privacy & Security
  • In the cookies and Site data section, click Clear Data...
  • Check off Cookies and Site Data
  • Check off Cached Web Content
  • Click the Clear button
  • Your computer will work for a moment, and then the process will be complete.
  • Close and then reopen Firefox

To clear cookies and cache in Chrome 120+:
  • Open Chrome
  • Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner
  • Select Delete Browsing Data
  • In the Time Range Dropdown, select All Time
  • Check off Cookies and Other Site Data
  • Check off Cached images and files
  • Click Clear Data
  • Your computer will work for a moment, and then the process will be complete.
  • Close and reopen chrome

To clear cookies and cache in Safari 15+:
  • Open Safari
  • Go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy
  • Click Manage Website Data...
  • Select one or more websites to clear
  • Click Remove or Remove All
  • Click Remove Now to confirm
  • Your computer will work for a moment, and then the process will be complete.
  • Close and then reopen Safari
