How do I uninstall and reinstall my app?

For instructions on how to do so, please refer to the below:

Android users:
  1. From your device’s home screen, open the “Settings” app (looks like a gear).
  2. Tap “Apps”, “Applications”, or “Applications Manager” (varies by device).
  3. Tap or swipe to get to the “Downloads” section.
  4. Find and tap on the app that you want to uninstall.
  5. Click on “Uninstall”.
  6. Press “Okay” or “Uninstall” when you see the confirmation pop up.
  7. To reinstall, return to your device’s home screen and select the “Google Play Store” app.
  8. You can then either search for the app in the search bar, or if you forgot the name, tap the menu icon (looks like three horizontal lines stacked on top of each other).
  9. From the menu, select “My Apps and games”.
  10. From here, select “All”.
  11. Scroll through the list to find the app you want to reinstall, and tap it.
  12. Select “Install”.
  13. Press “Okay”, “Accept”, or “Install” on the confirmation window that pops up. (Varies by device).

iPhone®/iPad® users:
  1. Go to your device’s home screen, and then press and hold any app icon for a few seconds.
  2. The apps will then start to shake and an “X” will appear at the corner of each app icon.
  3. Press the “X” of the app you wish to uninstall.
  4. Press “Okay” on the confirmation window that pops up.
  5. To exit “uninstall mode” and to get your apps to stop shaking, press the “home” button on your device.
  6. To reinstall, select the “App Store” app.
  7. You can either search for the app in the search bar, or if you if forgot the name, tap “Updates” and then tap “Purchased”.
  8. Scroll through the list to find the app you want to reinstall and then tap on the little cloud icon to the right of it.
  9. Your app will then begin to reinstall onto your device.
