I am having technical issue with your app(s). What do I do?
If you are having a technical issue with one of the apps, please try the following:
1. Please close other apps that might be running in the background if they are not needed. Multiple apps running in the background can cause performance issues. (Please refer to step 2's instructions on how to do this).
2. If that doesn't help, try force quitting the app.
3. Android users, please also try clearing your app's data.
4. If you are accessing the PCH+ or Wordmania Apps, we ask that you visit the Google Play Store or the App Store (depending on the type of device you are using) and see if there is an Update available. If so, please update the app. If not, then please submit a ticket here
If you are accessing the PCH App, PCHLotto App or PCHSlots app, please try uninstalling and then re-installing the most current version of the app from the store. Please be sure to login with the same credentials in order to retain progress.
5. If you encountered an error after the app pushed you to your mobile web browser, please try clearing your cookies and cache.
6. Finally, please try turning your device off and then on again.
